Shipping Policy
Fancy Flex will process free standard shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S. International shipping fees may vary.
Below are the shipping options available:

NOTE: Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed. This timeframe is not included in the shipping period

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

PROCESSING TIME - Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
No Refunds - Final Sale on all active wear items, however the same items can be exchanged for a different size. Products must be unworn, unused and in original packaging. Shipment of any items being exchanged will be the responsibility of the buyer. Acceptance of these items will be at the discretion of Fancy Flex.

Returns will incur a shipping/handling fee. The fee will be invoiced via email. The payment must be completed before any exchange is processed.
Pre-Order Policy
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.
If orders contain items for pre-order and items ready to ship, please note that your items will be shipped together and we are unable to ship items separately that are included in the same order.
